About us

The Think Tank of the Africa Innovative Development nonprofit focuses on finding innovative and sustainable solutions to development issues in Low and Middle-income Countries (LMICs). The Think Tank aims at driving policies by looking at development issues faced by LMICs and undertaking research to find innovative solutions leading to sustainable development. At AID, we believe that children should be given a chance to have a brighter future by empowering parents to fulfill their needs by implementing innovative and sustainable projects driven by research data and analytics, as well as best practices. To This end, the Think Tank will focus on collecting and analyzing data through meta-analysis, social, and quantitative research methods in the following fields: Education, Health, Agriculture, gender equality, social justice, equity, democracy, governance, and cultural inclusion, economy/finance, communication, IT/AI and data analysis.

What We are looking for

Highly motivated professionals worldwide to become Associate Members/consultants of the Think Tank and join the community of policy drivers. Associates Members/Consultants will work collaboratively with others to think about innovative solutions to foster sustainable development in LMICs. Associate Members/consultants will have access to a collaborative platform with professionals worldwide working on education, health, Democracy, Governance, Social Justice, and Gender.

ELIGIBILITY:

  1. Professionals who have a minimum of three years of experience in the following fields: education, Public health, gender equality, agriculture, social justice, cultural inclusion, democracy, peace, Governance, or other relevant areas to the Think Tank.
  2. Professionals committed to meeting UN Sustainable development goals.
  3. Professionals who can work collaboratively and constructively think about innovative solutions to foster sustainable development in LMICs.
  4. Professionals who have experience (but not require) in working with Think-Tanks or using surveys, social and quantitative research methods, or writing articles, or those who are familiar with data analysis
  5. Professionals who have experience (but not require) working with international nonprofits or institutions
  6. Professionals are having experience in education, Health, Agriculture, gender equality, social justice, equity, democracy, governance, and cultural inclusion, economy/finance, communication, IT/AI, and data analysis.
  7. Professionals with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or other relevant disciplines (A Master Degree and above preferred)
  8. Being bilingual (English + French) or (English + Spanish) will be a plus.
